A vertical door ships only when its tribe’s recruiting language diverges from this one; until then the tribe is served here, and when it diverges, the tribe is handed to its own door. The act itself does not: statute stops the migration at the signature, in every field this door serves. That floor is why the register exists and why it appreciates as the software improves — better preparation makes each minute of licensed judgment more productive, and none of it replaces the license.
